I was born in a banner people family （旗人家庭）in Beijing in 1899.You know that the Eight-Power Allied Forces（八国联军） took place here in 1900.Luckily ,at that time ,a case covered me ,and the soldiers did not find me ,so I survived.
I think I am very hard-working .And I wrote many novels .Such as “The Small Slope’s Birthday”,“Rickshaw Boy” ,”Cat Country” and so on.
Many people said that my novels are very humorous and have strong national colors ,my works are most from our life and are easy for people to understand .I am very happy to hear that.
Maybe I am not a very meaningful people in Chinese history ,but I think my novels can give later generations something they need,I have been very satisfied.
I said:” Talent is blade ,hard is knife stone ,the sharpest knife will rust if long time no rub ” .So you need to study hard to give you a better future .
