1 Peers.The actions of the people around will push one person to follow the crowd in order to be accepted.
i.e.A hard-working nerdy student in a party school will have to at least join some parties in order to make friends.
2 Social conditions.The changes of a country's political/economical/geographical atmosphere will force a person in the country to change in order to survive.
i.e.An earthquake may cause many people homeless.They will have to adapt to a radically new life without the dead family members and the lovable home.
3 Encounters with new people/ideas/cultures.When a person is open to new ideas,he or she will have to consider new perspectives and thus change behaviors.
i.e.A person going to school abroad for several years will adapt to a foreign culture and become a product of a mixed culture.
