For example,creating great video packages will probably require smooth coordination with photographers on the scene who are likely to shoot too much or too little or the wrong things entirely.On a more basic level,it requires the software and hardware to edit the footage.There’s a huge learning curve that spans both the print and Web staffs for just about anything you can dream up for the big day.
Does this warning strike a chord?If so,I suggest pulling all those newsroom editors into a room and planning the Web coverage for an imaginary tragedy.Then explain what you’d have to practice on a daily basis to be experienced enough when your worst dreams come true.

With the development of IT,online chatting is becoming increasingly popular with many people.
However,people’s opinions about it vary from person to person.Some think that it has more problems than benefits.First,it is a waste of time,energy and money as it doesn’t produce any useful information and products.Second,it is misleading to its users because cyberspace is actually an imaginary space where things are unreal or fictional.
But the advocates of online chatting support it because it is another way of recreation which is both exciting and relaxing.Besides,it helps them release their emotions and worries freely and safely.To them,it is very useful and wonderful.
As far as I am concerned,whether online chatting is good or bad depends on the person who does it.So long as we can keep ourselves under good control,we can use it scientifically and properly without its bad effects.

If you ask me to talk about a painting, the one that comes to my mind firt is the Mona Lisa, an oil painting by the famous Italian Renaissance aritist Leonardo da Vinci.
I've never seen the original painting, which is said to be on display in the French Loovre Museum. I remember the first time I saw it was when I was in primaryschool.It was a reproduction in the book on art history.
The picture is really amazing. The painting shows us a woman looking out at the view with an "enigmatic smile". When you look at Mona Lisa, no matter where you stand, you find her looking at you and smile at you.
My arts teacher told us that the Mona Lisa is perhaps the most famous piece in art history and is, perhaps, the most widely know portrait in the Western world. It's so different from the paintings of Chinese style. My teacher also told us that you could learn a lot about other cultures from painting, which I believe is quite true.
