1. GeneralAgreement
a. The Agents shall actively co-operativein International Freight Forwarding and Logistics services for shipments movingbetween their respective territories. Eachwill provide or arrange full logistical services necessary for the movement offreight, via air or ocean or any other means, including ancillary supportservices and timely preparation and transmission of related documentationand/or electronic data.

2. Profit Sharing
