摘要:本实验以“雨花三号”水蜜桃为试验材料,研究了桃果实成熟过程中丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧阴离子(O2-•)产生速率以及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性,探讨桃在成熟和衰老过程中所表现的一些特征与它们之间的关系.实验结果表明桃的成熟与衰老过程中MDA,O2-•的含量和和APX的活性有一定的变化趋势.

Abstract :In this experiment,"yuhuasanhao" peaches for the trial materials,Research peach fruit ripening process of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide anion (O2-•) production rate and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activity,To explore the process of maturation and aging by the performance of some of the characteristics and the relationship between them.Experimental results show the maturity and peach aging process MDA,O2-• content and the activity of APX and a certain trend.Keywords :Peach; Aging; MDA; Superoxide anion; Ascorbate peroxidase.
