从主被动来说,应该是在CD当中选.
单纯从语法上来上D项并没有问题,主要是讨论意思上的区别：
being informe强调进行,也就是说强调,当时与时俱进.隐含的意思就是,过一会可能就落伍了.而文章并无此含义.只是说要让自己与时俱进,能了解世界上已经发生的新闻.
考试中不用纠结,记固定搭配keep sb.informed就可以了.

这里的informed是过去分词作形容词，keep sb./sth.+adj.是固定搭配。至于being informed，你硬要说错好像也没什么理由，但是基本没人这么用……

D选项是现在进行时的被动用法 不用进行时 用一般现在是
