It is very dangerous to cross the red lights, and may cause the traffic jam and accidents.
Someone is busy, and they are trying to save times by ignoring the traffic rules.
Someone is lack of the understanding of safty, they think the drivers must stop the car for them, so they cross the road as a group.
We should build some overpasses to make the pedestrians cross the road easier; people should be more educated by the traffic rules, and break the Chinese style of crossing road, punish those people whom are not aware of the traffic rules.
