1、作为及物动词,它的意思是“通过味觉或经验体会某物的滋味”,即“享用某种食品”或“品味某种事物”,后面跟表示食物或事物的名词作宾语.如：

The patient has not tasted food for two days.病人两天没有香香的吃东西了.
He tastes the joys of the happy life.他体会到幸福生活的欢乐.
