根据本实验室前期对鸭肝脏的高通量测序结果,对鸭LRRC3B基因和鸭L1CAM序列结构及同源性进行生物信息学分析,并预测了编码蛋白的理化性质、疏水性、跨膜区、信号肽、亚细胞定位、二级结构及抗原表位.结果表明,鸭LRRC3B基因CDS区全长为780bp,编码由259个氨基酸组成、相对分子量为29310.6Da,等电点为6.54的不稳定亲水蛋白,该蛋白可能定位于内质网上,含有信号肽,具有两个跨膜区,分别位于该氨基酸序列的12~35和206~225区域,同源性比对表明该基因推导的氨基酸序列与原鸡、斑胸草雀和人分别具有100%、100%和98.8%的一致性,功能位点分析显示它含有8个活性位点,该氨基酸序列位点61~64,163~167,197~203,224~236和245~251区域可能是抗原表位.

The results showed that the full-length CDS region, duck LRRC3B gene is 780bp, encoding 259 amino acids, the molecular weight is 29310.6Da, isoelectric point is not stable hydrophilic protein 6.54, the protein may be localized in the endoplasmic reticulum, containing signal peptide, two transmembrane regions, are located in the amino acid sequence of 12~35 and 206~225 regional, homology comparison showed that the consistency of a gene deduced amino acid sequences of Gallus gallus, zebra finches and people have respectively 100%, 100% and 98.8%, sequence analysis showed it contains 8 active sites, the amino acid sequences of 64163~167197~203224~236 and 245~251 sites of 61~ region may be the epitope.
