在植物样品中的不同部位养分分布不同,本次实验将所取样品分为叶、枝、干、皮四个部位进行研究分析.
通过浓H2SO4-HCLO4消煮分解,使植物中各种形态的氮转化为硫酸铵.然后在强碱性环境下,蒸馏,使氨逸出,用硼酸接受,然后用标准酸滴定,最后根据标准酸的用量,计算出样品中氮的含量.
用浓H2SO4-HCLO4消煮分解样品,将消煮液定容后,使用钼锑抗比色法进行植物中磷的测定.
取上述消煮液定容,利用火焰光度法进行植物中钾的测定.
植物样品的有机质的测定主要使用重铬酸钾容量法进行测定.
实验结果表明：在云南鼠刺中,植物叶中的各种养分分布显著高于其他各个部位,皮次之,枝第三,干中最少.
