As we discussed in the class,there are so many things that we have to be careful of when applying for a job,especially before and during the interviews.Before we go to the interviews,we have to prepare ourselves first.We need to look more professional,so dressing up and putting on make up are very important,because they make the employer feel that you really care about this job.Also,before going to the interview,it’s very important to prepare professional answer to the interview questions.We want employers to pay more attention and understand us better,thus we don’t want lose control of the situation when we are doing the interview.For me,I think the best thing one can do before interview is to find someone to practice with and ask for his/her opinion.Also,when having an interview with the employer,do not to be nervous.To take a deep breath is very important.If we get nervous during the interview,we nay forget the answers we prepared
before.Obviously we don’t wish that happen during the interview so we need to be relax.That's all I learned from today’s class.I learned so much about how to apply for a job and so well on interviews.
If I am an educator and I have an interview with an applicant,I will introduce him/her the whole daycare system friendly.I will ask the applicant if he/she likes to play with children or other
question alike,because if the applicant wants to work in the daycare,he/she
needs to like children,and understands the basis of children,and that is very important.I will make sure that he/she does not feel stressed,and explain the questions in detials if the applicant doesn’t understand.That’s what I want to do as an educator.
