B的话，had是过去式，它并没有在叙述已经发生的事情，那个人只是怕无法完成而已，并不是已完成那种咯。
然后D，has和come同时都是动词，一个句子里不能让一个名词里附有两个动词吧？我会觉得很怪的呢。
