for 加一段时间,必用完成态,因此可以是完成态,可以是完成进行态.
因为否定式用了haven't而不是hadn't,所以时态定位现在或者将来.
同样,否定式没有使用will,因此是相对于现在时间点否定,前面一句也必须相对现在时间点,所以必然使用现在时,而不是将来时.
因此目前为止只能是现在完成,或现在完成进行时.
因为句意强调到目前为止一个动作已经发生,而且强调这个动作做了一段时间（FOR短语）,同时你看到了结果（还没完成）,因此只能使用现在完成进行时.
