两个都是正确的,但是实质上也有分别.
why do you not sleep 是纯粹问你不睡觉的原因,下文要接的是一个不睡觉的理由；而 why dont you sleep 是一个建议,比如你面前的人无事可做,你就会向他建议“为什么不去睡觉呢?”

12：25 是指凌晨的十二点,正规的伦敦英语中 am 是截止到 1159 的,午间十二点也叫做 12：00 pm ,而一天则截止于晚间 2359 ...

这两个都正确。Why do you not sleep 因为do 和 not 分开了所以don't缩合的时候看的像倒装一样。
12：25am是上午。美国是没有0：25的。

你要表达的到底是什么意思呢?
一般来说,WHY NOT..的意思是"为什么不..."
貌似上两个都不对,应该是why not the man buy that cloth?
why not sleep?
